Voted Best Development Project by the Baltimore City Paper, Stadium Place is a national model of housing for low-income senior citizens with supportive services.
Since Baltimore City awarded us the opportunity to develop the former Memorial Stadium site in 1999, our vision for Stadium Place has been to create an affordable retirement community for low-income senior citizens, while also offering intergenerational opportunities for the surrounding community.
Through the support of our Key Partners, Stadium Place will serve more than 500 residents when fully completed. Stadium Place will offer seniors independent apartments for rent, market-rate condominiums for sale, assisted living units and a nursing facility. The complex will also serve the community through commercial space, a YMCA and a large, community-build playground.
