Development A $10.6 million, 110-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit building, co-developed with Enterprise Homes; it includes $900,000 of Maryland Rental Housing Production Program funds, Federal Home Loan Bank’s Affordable Housing Program, and Maryland Affordable Housing Trust. Completed and fully occupied in late 2004.

Ednor Apartments II (Now Open!) For leasing information visit HabitatAmerica.com. Development GEDCO and Enterprise Homes are the co-developers of this 85-unit independent living facility which includes 81-low-income housing units and four market rate units. Ednor II is an $11.9 million Low Income Housing Tax Credit building affordable to those making as low as 30% of the median income. Completed; to be fully occupied by February 2009.

The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Court Apartments For leasing information visit HabitatAmerica.com. Development A 71-unit building (funded by HUD 202 and Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation funds of  $5.8 million). Completed and fully occupied in early 2004.

Venable Apartments II For leasing information visit HabitatAmerica.com. Development A $6.3 Million, 74-unit building; ($5.6 million HUD 202 funds and $700,000 in Baltimore City HOME funds). Completed and fully occupied by the middle of October 2006.
