epiphany house
Epiphany House is a 33-unit housing facility for low-income citizens age 55 and older. It is located in what used to be a deteriorated pre-Civil War Era building at York Road and Bellona Avenue. Epiphany House is an active living facility but GEDCO provides a number of supportive services to improve the living experience of the residents.
A part-time Service Coordinator works closely with the residents to identify activities and programs of interest and then oversees their implementation. The Service Coordinator works with GEDCO’s onsite Epiphany House Volunteer Coordinator ensure that there are people available, when needed, to ensure successful program and activity outcomes.
